SPECIALIZED TRAUMA THERAPY

Find relief and rebuild your well-being

When we go through difficult experiences, our body and mind can become trapped in the impact of trauma. Whether from past or recent situations, these experiences can trigger anxiety, fear, emotional blockages, and a feeling of disconnection from oneself and others.

In my practice, I support you with a specialized, evidence-based approach to help you process what you’ve experienced, regain emotional, mental, and physical balance, and rebuild your well-being from a place of safety and understanding.

Who is this therapy for?

This therapy is designed for individuals who have experienced traumatic events such as:

Experiences of abuse or violence

Accidents or serious illnesses

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

Childhood marked by neglect or insecure attachments

Toxic relationships or emotionally manipulative experiences

It doesn’t matter how much time has passed. If you feel that what you lived through still affects your daily life, we can work through it together.

Trauma Therapy: Regain Your Emotional Well-being

What Will You Achieve with This Therapy?

Trauma does not simply fade with time. It lingers in the body, mind, and emotions — showing up as anxiety, depression, fatigue, blockages, insomnia, or relationship difficulties. Trauma cannot be forgotten, and repressing it consumes a great deal of mental energy, leading to a significant decrease in your vital energy.

Through a specialized approach, trauma therapy helps you process your experiences without reliving the pain, restoring a sense of safety and trust in yourself and in life.

Benefits of working on trauma healing and processing:

Every process is unique, and I respect your pace. Trauma therapy is not just about “talking” — it’s about feeling, releasing, and transforming. Vulnerability naturally transforms into wisdom and strength.

"Healing does not mean forgetting the past, but learning to live with it from a place of strength and hope."

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does trauma therapy take?

Each person has their own pace. Some begin to notice changes after just a few sessions, while for others the process may be deeper and take more time.

Not necessarily. Trauma work focuses on creating safety before revisiting difficult experiences. I use techniques that help you process without having to relive the pain.

If you feel that your past still affects your present, that overwhelming emotions are interfering with your life, or that certain situations trigger intense reactions, this process can help you regain control.
