Since I began my journey in Psychology, I have sought ways to understand and support people in their personal processes. My vocation has led me to train in different therapeutic approaches and work with people of various ages, cultures, and life situations.
My story as a psychologist began in Madrid, where I completed my studies and took my first professional steps in various institutions. Since then, my career has led me to work with people from different cultures and contexts, specializing in supporting change processes and overall well-being.

Besides my private practice, I collaborate with various international organizations and institutions, delivering workshops and talks on emotional wellbeing, cultural belonging, and processes of adaptation.
Over the past years, I have been invited to share my work in different spaces connected to the international community, including collaborations with Spanish institutions abroad.
These collaborations are part of my commitment to creating spaces for reflection and support for people navigating processes of change, migration, or personal exploration.
If you feel you could benefit from a therapeutic process, but are still unsure about taking the step, there’s no rush. Sometimes, what we need first is a space to express what concerns us without feeling judged.
If you have questions about how the sessions work, what approach I use, or if your insurance covers treatment, I’d be happy to answer them. Write to me and together we will explore what the best path for you might be.
