International Self-Development Groups

As an international psychologist hailing from Spain, I’ve observed the struggles of expats within the Scandinavian culture, where the emphasis on individuality often triggers feelings of isolation and melancholy. This realization inspired me to establish a safe haven, a community where expats seeking personal growth and connection could find solace. Drawing from my 14-year journey as a clinical and cross-cultural psychologist, I’ve curated a program that encapsulates what works best for international individuals living abroad.

Our objective is clear: to expand self-awareness, navigate conflicts, build meaningful relationships, and foster personal evolution. We’ve woven together a tapestry of psychotherapeutic approaches—Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Integrative Somatic Experience—to form the backbone of our sessions. Each workshop offers a blend of theory, personal sharing, and hands-on exercises, complemented by personalized journals handed out on day one.
