When that happens, everything flows in harmony—it feels right and natural. But there are also moments when fear, past wounds, or limiting beliefs try to take control. That’s when motherhood stops flowing and becomes a challenge.

Connecting with Conscious Motherhood

While studying art therapy, I made the decision to become a mother connected to her core and the universal energy.

Since then, my dreams—the language of the unconscious—have reminded me that this is my path. But as with any process, there are days when I lose my way and fall.

The key is not perfection, but compassion.

Mothers are not perfect—nor do we need to be. Letting go of guilt and replacing it with compassion is one of the most valuable lessons on the motherhood journey.
